This is a model of an aquaporin tetramer. Each monomer is a homology model constructed
using Glpf as the template, and the tetramer was then made using a 2D crystallography
map from the lab of Alok Mitra.

The model is coloured so that residues closest to the middle of the water pores, at the
central axis of each monomer, and coloured red, through greens, to blue for residues that
are furthest away. The central axis of the tetramer is blocked by loops from each monomer.
